TIMES AND DELIVERY AREAS

We do our best to deliver your parcel as soon as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. There may be a slight delay during festive or sale periods.

Your order cannot be modified (product, size, color) once it has already been registered in our system.

DELIVERY AREAS

Deliveries can be made to all areas of Greece. We always strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

PROGRESS OF ORDER

You can keep up to date with the progress of your order through the "My Account" page. If you have chosen collection from the store, you will receive a relevant e-mail informing you of the arrival of your parcel at the store you have chosen.

As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will be sent an e-mail. This way you will be able to be updated on the progress of your order at any time you wish.

DAMAGES

Extensive quality controls are performed on all our products. If, however, the parcel you receive is damaged, please contact our customer service department.

When your order is delivered, check the packaging and its contents for any damages that may have occurred during shipment.

If the damage/wear is significant please follow the steps below:

  • If the damage is minor, please accept the package and sign the delivery receipt noting the damage.
  • If the package appears seriously damaged, you can refuse to accept your order. In this case, contact customer service immediately.

When contacting customer service please provide your order number and tracking number.

Your order will be canceled so that you can place a new one. In case you have chosen Credit/Debit card or Paypal as payment method, we will refund you the amount of your order as soon as the parcel is returned to our premises.
