If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging with its original label. Returns can be made within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a certain time period of 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order at your own risk.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received with the original tag attached. Returns are not accepted once the items have been worn or washed. If the items have been worn due to use, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender.

The following items are not permitted to be returned: underwear, swimwear, (unless original sealed packaging is present).

*Please note that the above period for returns is based on an average & subject to change. During holidays and sales periods or holidays the return may take a bit longer.

**The length of time depends solely on the policy of the bank you work with. You can always check the refund progress in your online account or by contacting your bank.

It will be executed with the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.
Refund: The amount will be refunded to the account you have indicated on the refund form.
Payment by Credit / Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The return time depends on the bank you work with and can take 10-14 days.

Refunds only apply to returns made via courier and not to exchanges made in our store.

In the event that you wish to change the product you are returning with another one, please fill in the return form with which item you want to change the item you are returning (code & size). At the same time, don't forget to have the completed and printed return form that is in your parcel & which should be inside the returned parcel.

In the event of a change with a different item/s, the price of the new product is set according to the current price list at the time the return is processed by the relevant department.

As soon as we receive the returned item we will send you a code with the value of the returned item. You can use it on your next purchase. It can be used in our e-shop or in our store.
The duration of the credit card is 6 months from receipt. You can only redeem the credit issued in the physical store there and not online.
